About these terms
These terms are between you and Placeholder: registered business name for your use of Handlark.
By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in private.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to your business.
What Handlark does
Handlark helps you manage enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments and follow-up.
Handlark is not accounting software, tax software or legal, financial or tax advice. Tax rates and labels are settings you choose. You are responsible for getting them right and for the documents you send.
Email and payments
Handlark sends email or takes online payments only if you connect a service for it. If you do not, messages are saved and not sent, and you record payments yourself.
Any payment between you and your customer is between the two of you. Handlark is not a party to it.
Your data
You own the information you put into Handlark.
You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you.
You can export your records according to your role and plan.
Plans and limits
Each plan has limits, such as the number of team members, active records and storage. Your plan page shows them.
Prices and billing terms: Placeholder: pricing, billing period, refunds and cancellation terms.
If a payment fails or a plan ends, your existing records are kept and you can still export them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Handlark to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to reach another business's records.
We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
Placeholder: availability and support commitments. None are promised in this draft.
